Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Processing times may be longer during:

the beginning of academic semesters;
holiday periods;
promotional events;
inventory counts;
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout based on:

destination;
package size and weight;
shipping carrier selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

In-Store Pickup

Where available, customers may choose free in-store pickup during checkout.

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated before payment and displayed during checkout.

Applicable taxes are calculated separately where required.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

severe weather;
carrier delays;
labour disruptions;
customs inspections (where applicable);
other unforeseen events.

Doolittle's Campus Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where applicable, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of any damaged items when contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is defective upon arrival, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Payment Processing

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

If payment cannot be authorized, the order may be cancelled.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing or inventory errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified before your order has been processed, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
